At Zulfain Organics, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 3-day return policy on all hair care products.


Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • It must be in the same condition as received.


Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged.

  • Items missing accessories, seals, or original packaging.

  • Products purchased on sale, discount, or clearance.


How to Return a Product

  1. Email or message us within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order number and reason for return.

  3. We will send you a return shipping label.

  4. Carefully pack the item and send it back.

  5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–12 business days.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

  • If paid by debit/credit card, the amount will be credited back to your account.

  • If you used bank transfer or a local payment method, we will refund directly to your provided account.
